Hessington Health was established with the principle aim of providing our patients with access to all forms of GP services promptly and at the highest standard.

We have over 25 years of experience and operate from several insurance approved private hospitals from Central London to Edinburgh.

We gained prominence in Chelsea in 2002 which led to expansion to the home counties, the Midlands and Scotland.

Our services are delivered by highly qualified doctors and nurses. Over the past 2 decades we have developed specialist services in wellness screening, offering our patients a whole host of health screening options.

Tracie is dually qualified Nurse. She started her nursing career in 1991 embarking on her formal Nurse training at the University Hospital of Wales. After several years of practicing as a RGN, Tracie ventured into the world of Occupational Health where she completed her Occupational Health Nursing degree in 2008. To further compliment her skill sets, Tracie has undertaken additional training in areas such as Health and Safety, advanced DSE and Ergonomics, Expert Witness work, Vocational Rehabilitation, Sleep Hygiene and the Peri-Menopause/Menopause. She also has a keen interest in supporting employers and employees alike when it comes to managing disabilities and neurodivergent conditions in the workplace.

Tracie has a wealth of general nursing, and Occupational Health and Workplace Wellbeing experience which extends to supporting organisations with specialist and complex needs. Tracie ensures that the organisations and people she supports receive the highest standards of care. In recognition of this, Tracie:

  • Was awarded the “Queens Nurse” title by the QNI in 2018, which she maintains annually by engaging in a robust revalidation process
  • Successfully completed the QNI Executive Nurse Leadership programme

Alex Rhind

Background
Alex Rhind is a highly skilled mental health nurse who began his career in 2010. He has gained experience and expertise across community services, children and adolescent care, inpatient acute, and psychiatric intensive care. He has held senior leadership roles at NHS trusts in London and Sussex, overseeing inpatient services and driving clinical excellence. Alex obtained his specialist qualification in occupational health nursing from the University of Western Scotland and works as a clinical mental health lead in OH services.

Marie Church

MSc, BSc (Hons), SCPHN (OH), QN

Marie Church is a Registered Nurse and Specialist Nurse Practitioner in Occupational Health (OH), with over 40 years’ experience in OH across a number of sectors including rail, MOD, finance, manufacturing, local authority, charities, housing associations, manufacturing and retail. Marie has been engaged to work in diverse and challenging circumstances. Including being part of an international capability and development team working for the UK Government abroad in East Africa. Secondly, she is engaged as part of a UK government deployment, to provide the necessary assurance and services to assess and ensure the health and mental wellbeing of staff deployed to work on international war crimes.

Marie is a consultant Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (CBT), with 20 years’ experience treating people using CBT, she trained at Goldsmith’s University, London, and was awarded an MSc in CBT in 2006. Marie attended training in New York under the direction of Albert Ellis, founder of Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy and gained an Associate Fellowship with the Albert Ellis Institute in 2009. Marie’s special interest is in psychological trauma. She is a member of the European Society for Traumatic Stress Studies. She works with victims of trauma and through her work with the military, counterintelligence and Police she has developed an understanding of the complexities of the injured in these cultures.

Marie was successful in achieving the title ‘Queens Nurse’ from the Queen’s Nursing Institute. The title recognises her commitment to improving standards of care, and to learning and leadership in OH. Marie is an expert witness and a member of the Expert Witness Institute. Preparing reports for work-related cases. Providing evidence of fitness to work following work-related injury or illness.

Tina Sippé

Tina is a registered nurse with over 40 years nursing experience and more than 30 years is within occupational health (OH).

Tina became dual qualified as an OH nurse specialist in 2001 and has experience across a variety of sectors including military, pharmaceuticals, prison service, local authorities, schools and university.

Tina was an Army  nurse for 24 years and her RN background, in diverse specialties and settings including leadership roles, has given her an excellent understanding of how health can impact work. This supports  her knowledge and passion for case management in preparing reports for fitness for work advising and supporting employers and employees.

Tina‘s other main area of expertise is in clinical governance and she successfully led an OH team in achieving SEQOHS (safe effective occupational health services) accreditation in 2023 as their clinical governance lead. SEQOHS provides independent assessment of standards for safety, effectiveness and quality in OH . In joining our team Tina‘s role will include clinical governance.

Tina was awarded the Queens Nurse Long Service award in 2020 for  more than 21 years of service to community (OH) nursing. In 2022 she was awarded the title Queen’s Nurse; this recognises her commitment to improving standards of care, learning and leadership in OH.

Hessington Health General Nurse

 

Ruth Reilly

BSc Adult Nursing, MSc Contemporarily Nursing with Advanced Practice, PGCert Adult Education

Ruth trained as a Nurse in 2008 at The University of Hertfordshire.  She began her nursing career in Emergency Medicine before moving into General Practice.  She went on to complete her Masters, non-medical prescribing, and is a qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner.

She has done additional training in Asthma and Diabetes, and she teaches post-graduates on the Minor Illness module run by Hertfordshire University.

She now works in the community and is setting up an Outreach service within Inclusion Health.

Ruth is responsible for running our schools and corporate onsite flu vaccination campaigns, educational seminars, home visits, and childhood vaccinations.

Home Visits – Ruth can do home visits for a variety of medical problems including providing guidance on wound dressings for chronic ulcers and specialist diabetes management guidance

Childhood Immunisations – Ruth is fully trained to vaccinate children in the home environment. We will only exact the NHS schedules and complete the red book for you.
