To assess wellbeing, we developed a 50-question survey mapping various domains. Each question is weighted by evidence strength, resulting in a scorecard system. This provides employees with insights and detailed reports on areas needing improvement, supported by research data.
Blood tests
Comprehensive program of employee blood screening to detect common health conditions early, enabling timely intervention and better management of health.
We partner with The Doctors Laboratory (TDL) to provide home diagnostic blood kits for patients. These easy-to-use kits can be used in the privacy of your home and deliver accurate, robust results, accompanied by a guidance report. This method is an excellent way to introduce health screening into the corporate space without any infrastructural changes, as we manage the entire process for you. We conduct 3 tests a year (9 over a 3-year cycle), covering all key health screening areas.
Staff easily collect sample and return via enclosed pre-paid envelope.
Training Seminars
We will deliver 2 educational sessions a year (6 seminars over the 3 year subscription cycle). These seminars will be delivered in person or via video on a variety of essential health and wellbeing related topics. All participants will earn a certificate.
